Owner makes no commitment through this solicitation to award construction phase services. Owner is advancing the Geriatric Health Center project as part of its bond funded capital program. The project consists of appx 50,000 SF outpatient clinic with 50 exam rooms and 15 urgent care rooms; imaging, pharmacy, and laboratory services will also be provided. The project site is located adjacent, immediately north of UMC Main Campus on the central side of El Paso, Texas.
