Owner makes no commitment through this solicitation to award construction phase services. University Medical Center is advancing the West Ambulatory Surgery Center project as part of its bond funded capital program. The project consists of a new 30,000 SF Ambulatory Surgery Center with 4 Operating Rooms, 2 Endoscopy Rooms, and 2 Future Technology Rooms. The project site is located at the intersection of Resler Drive and Canyon Creek on the West side of El Paso, Texas.
