Owner makes no commitment through this solicitation to award construction phase services. University Medical Center is advancing the Horizon Health Center, an outpatient clinic project as part of its bond funded capital program. The project consists of a new outpatient clinic with approximately 35 exam rooms and 15 urgent care rooms, along with imaging, pharmacy, and laboratory services. The design intent is to model the clinic after UMC’s existing East and West clinic sites, creating consistent patient experience, operational flow, and service delivery model. The project site is located at the intersection of Eastlake Blvd and Kenazo Ave on the east side of El Paso, Texas.
