    The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (“SORTA”), commonly known as Cincinnati Metro, seeks to engage a consultant for X year(s) to provide architectural and engineering design services to refine the final design developed by Cincinnati Metro’s executive leadership team, with the assistance of an architectural consultant, and create the construction documents and specifications for the purpose of building out a new storefront sales and mobility center at 115 E. 5th Street in the MCA building, directly south of Cincinnati Metro’s Government Square Transit Center.

    The lease space is approximately 6,000 square feet, inclusive of the current Cincinnati Metro Sales Center and a former liquor store.
