    The project consists of removing/pulling pump, pressure grouting the existing/abandoned 6” private water well from the bottom of total depth (approximately 150’) to 5’ from surface and remove and cap top 5’, removing the approximate 2,000 gallon water tank and concrete support pad(s), removing the power drop pole that served the well, properly disposing of all abandoned equipment, general site cleanup, and completing and providing all as-built drawing information and completing all work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
