Mandatory Site Visit or Pre-bid Meeting to be held on Tuesday July 29, 2025, 11AM EST at Belmont Park Racetrack located at 2150 Hempstead Turnpike, Elmont, NY *enter at Gate 5. Only those bidders who attend the site visit/pre-bid meeting will be eligible to bid. NYRA reserves the right to alter quantity in its sole discretion. Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 2 PM, prevailing time, on August 15th.
