The bidder must include all equipment costs in their bid or quote. Mandatory Requirements Site Visit: Attendance at a site visit is required prior to submitting a bid. Date: February 20, 2026 Time: 10:00 AM Location: Athens Field Office Contact: Molly Routon Outsourcing is not permitted. The bidder must submit an itemized quote with the bid. Failure to meet any required conditions may result in disqualification. Window Tinting Service Must Include: Window Tinting of all windows at the Athens Field Office The tinting of all windows have been calculated at 400.32 SQ FT there is a total of 20 windows and two glass doors. Use of Kepler Ecliptic dual reflective 17% mirrored film Must be within a 50 mile radius. Invoicing and Payment The vendor is responsible for submitting the invoice to: invoices.payables@paroles.alabama.gov. Payment will be made in arrears. Additional Terms The Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Paroles reserves the right not to award a contract due to budget limitations.
