Notes: Contractor must possess a valid California C-7 and/or C-10 Contractor’s license at the time of proposal submission, pursuant to California Public Contract Code Section 3300 and Business and Professions Code Section 7028.15. The respondent must be licensed as a contractor in accordance with the provisions of California Business and Professions Code Chapter 9, Article 5 Licensing 7065-7077.
