The proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, for Alley 2 the furnishing of all labor for the removal of the PCC and HMA roadway pavement for the length of the project, full depth aggregate stone base material, geo fabric / grid materials if needed, reconstruction of the roadway with a PCC alley approaches and HMA pavement, reset all existing utility surface features to finish grade, replacement of the adjacent driveway approaches, reconstruction of sidewalk at the intersections including ADA ramp construction, topsoil and sodding, and erosion control.
