    Description

    The 2026 Annual Street Maintenance Project is intended to support the long term reliability, safety, and overall condition of the City’s roadway infrastructure through a comprehensive pavement preservation and repair program. The project includes approximately 35,000 LF of asphalt paving, PressurePave surface treatments, crack sealing, concrete panel replacements, pavement striping, localized spot repairs, and drainage improvements in targeted areas throughout the City. These maintenance and full rehabilitation activities are designed to extend pavement life, improve ride quality, enhance roadway safety, and address localized drainage concerns along the roadways that are being repaired while maximizing the effectiveness of the City’s infrastructure investment. To promptly notify the City's Purchasing office of all conflicts, errors, ambiguities, or discrepancies the is discovered in or between the contract documents and such other related documents. For a submission to be considered responsive, respondents must complete all requested documentation and forms. Failure to complete all requested information may cause your submitted bid to be considered non-responsive. All questions must be submitted through the City's eProcurement system before the date and time listed. Answers provided to posted questions address minor irregularities and are for clarification purposes only. They do not revise or modify the specifications. Answers that result in revisions to the specifications will be addressed by Addendum. No oral statement of any person shall modify or otherwise change or affect the specification. To ensure fair all vendors receive the same information, the City prohibits communication initiated by the vendor/bidder/respondent to City personnel outside the Purchasing Department during the solicitation and evaluation period. Communication to staff/officials outside of Purchase may be grounds for disqualification for the award. The City appreciates the time and effort expended to review the solicitation.
