Plans, specifications and bidding documents may be secured beginning Monday, May 18, 2026. Bidding Documents are on file and may be examined at the following locations: • On-line via a file share link provided by KPA Engineers. Documents may be downloaded free of charge once the link is requested from KPA. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine that a complete set of documents as defined in the Instructions to Bidders is received. • At the office of Kasberg, Patrick & Associates, LP; (512) 819-9478; 800 South Austin Avenue; Georgetown, Texas 78626. Bidding Documents may be obtained upon payment to the Engineer, accompanied with a check in the amount of $100.00 per set, which is not refundable. The date, time and place for the pre-bid conference, if to be held, are specified below and in Section #00100, Instructions to Bidders. Bids may be electronically submitted through the City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or before June 2, 2026 at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
