Sealed Bids received late will be returned; they will not be opened nor considered in the evaluation of the bid. The undersigned agrees, if the bid is accepted, to furnish any and all items upon which prices are offered, at the price(s) and upon the terms and conditions contained in the specifications. The period of acceptance of this bid will be 90 calendar days after the bid opening date. SCOPE: The San Antonio Water System is seeking Best Value Bids for a three (3) year fitness equipment lease along with quarterly service and maintenance with availability of three (3) one-year options for extensions. Equipment will be delivered to and used at the SAWS Headquarters, East Side Service Operations Center, Wurzbach Pump Station, Environmental Services Laboratory, the Steven M. Clouse Water Recycling Center (WRC), Leon Creek, Medio Creek, North East Operations Center, North Side Operations Center. Estimated SAWS employee count at each location is as follows: • Headquarters: eight hundred twelve (958) • East Side Service Operation Center - 408 • Wurzbach Pump Station - 59 • Environmental Services Laboratory - 28 • Steven M.
