Each prospective respondent must submit their bid with all required documents through the City's IonWave procurement system by Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 2:00 PM (ET). All questions must be submitted via IonWave by Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 2:00 PM (ET). The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible respondent whose proposal will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, value, and other factors considered.
