    The City of Warner Robins (“City”) is requesting proposals for Right-of-Way mowing and vegetation management services within the City limits. The goal of this RFP is to select a qualified contractor to provide the services described in the proposal documents. The City plans to award a multi-year contract starting July 1, 2026. The contract will begin with a one-year term and may automatically renew for up to four additional one-year terms, for a total of five years, unless it is terminated earlier according to the agreement terms. Proposals must be submitted through the City’s online procurement system, IonWave, by Thursday, March 12, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (ET). Contractors are encouraged to submit any questions about the RFP requirements or specifications. All questions must be submitted through IonWave by Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (ET). By submitting a proposal, contractors acknowledge and accept all terms, conditions, and any addenda related to this RFP. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive minor informalities or technicalities, and accept or reject any item or combination of items. If awarded, the contract will go to the responsible bidder whose proposal is most advantageous to the City, taking into consideration price, availability, value, and other relevant factors.
