SCOPE: The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids to contract for the services of a contractor to perform underground fuel/oil tank and product supply line tightness tests to conform to the Environmental Protection Agency and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality regulations. The contractor will also be responsible for testing the Veeder Root line leak detector systems and supply lines at all SAWS refueling facilities. We highly recommend online submission.
