    The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all concrete, steel, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to clean, prime and paint the steel frame wooden decking and metal roof of the pavilion located in Northwest Park, together with all associated appurtenances to complete this project in the City of Irving. Any questions or request for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specification, an addendum will be issued. The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal.
