This project is for the renovation of the exterior envelope of the Tarrant County Corrections Center, 100 North Lamar Street, Fort Worth, TX 76196. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: removing and replacing all security windows; refinishing accent and large-format cast stone; removing and replacing sealants including vertical and horizontal exterior control expansion joints, and windows; repainting handrails, metal gym screening, and metal louvers; and removing, cleaning, and reinstalling mesh screens. On-Site work hours will be Weekdays 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Weekends to be scheduled with owner at a minimum of 1 week in advance and work hours must be limited to 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
