Can this scope be clarified? A1: Please review the attachment "Part List" along with the rates in IONWAVE. Submitted: 8/8/2025 03:01:53 PM (CT) Q2: The Bid Invitation also instructs us to provide our “Standard Labor Rate” and “Emergency Work Hour”. If our above assumption is correct and we are to provide pricing for the specific maintenance activities outlined in the Excel spreadsheet, for what purpose will the “Standard Labor Rate” and “Emergency Work Hour” be used? A2: The purpose of the rates is case by case where field service assistance is needed. Outside of normal hr based interval needs. Submitted: 8/8/2025 03:00:16 PM (CT) Q3: Clarification: Some OEM recommended services are not indicated in the Engine and Auxiliary Services scope file (for example turbochargers, charge air coolers, BEBH Inspection, vibration dampeners (24k), etc.). Only scope items indicated in the Engine and Auxiliary Services are included in this offering. We will assume items not indicated in the provided scope attachment will be addressed by Denton, this includes all minor maintenance interval scopes. A3: All minor intervals and inspections up to 15,000 is done by personnel at the DEC. if issues are found at times during these intervals it will be the plant managers decision for further action. Submitted: 8/8/2025 02:58:02 PM (CT) Q4: Will Denton provide access to all engine specific tooling that is required to complete the Engine and Auxiliary Services scopes? Where applicable, please note provided tooling should be calibrated and in good working order. A4: Yes, Denton will first confirm tooling is correct for the tasks and provide when needed. If tools are not onsite Denton will purchase what is needed. Submitted: 8/8/2025 02:54:51 PM (CT) Q5: Ionwave bid docs include a sample contract. Is this sample contract expected to be redlined as part of the bid process or is that to be done after the bid is awarded? A5: We will be using the sample contract. Please provide any bid exceptions with proposal. Submitted: 8/8/2025 02:53:44 PM (CT)
