Public Solicitation Openings are held at City of Boca Raton City Hall, 201 W. Palmetto Park Road, Purchasing Conference Room, Boca Raton, FL 33432 on the Close Date & Time posted. All visitors, including suppliers attending meetings or delivering documents, may be required to check in at the City Hall Front Desk upon arrival and issued a visitor badge as part of the building-access procedures. Because this process may take a few minutes, please plan accordingly and arrive a few minutes early for any scheduled appointments or when dropping off documents for Procurement. It is the supplier’s responsibility to ensure that procurement related documents are delivered by or before the procurement submittal date and time.
