Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted online. All responses to questions will be released in the form of an addendum after the cut off for submitting questions has passed. The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal. Electronic submission will eliminate errors and unnecessary work, and is more friendly to the environment.
