All contractors intending to bid on this project are encouraged to have a representative in attendance as contractors are responsible for exact measurements. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
