Will this be acceptable? A1: Please submit based on the crew cab version of the Ranger. Submitted: 6/10/2026 12:38:52 PM (ET) Q2: This bid asks for 10 F150 Crew Cab 4x2s with the 3.5L v6 engine and a 6.5ft bed. The only engine offered for crew cab 4x2s with the 6.5ft bed is the 3.5L Hybrid engine. In order to keep the 3.5L ecoboost, you can either switch to a 4x4 or go with a 5.5ft bed. Would Warner Robins prefer to switch the engine to the 3.5L Hybrid, change the bed length to 5.5ft, or move to a 4x4? A2: Please change the spec to a 5.5-foot bed with the 3.5L EcoBoost Engine. Submitted: 6/5/2026 11:23:46 AM (ET) Q3: For the Ford F-250 requested on this bid the engine selected is the 6.8L V8 gas. This engine has been discontinued for the 2027 model year and can no longer be ordered. For dealers that will need to order this unit, will the 7.3L v8 gas engine be an acceptable alternative? A3: Yes, the 7.3L v8 gas engine will be an acceptable alternative. Submitted: 6/5/2026 11:09:16 AM (ET) Q4: Re: No employees other than myself... Is this form required for this bid? We are not a sole proprietor, and we are a Ford dealership in the state of Alabama. Does that disqualify us? A4: Please complete the E-Verify Affidavit that applies to your organization. This bid is open to in-state and out of state dealerships. Submitted: 6/4/2026 04:15:52 PM (ET) Q5: Ford F-150XL Standard Cab with 6.5ft bed doesn't have 3.5L engine option. It is only available as V8. Or we can do an 8ft bed and have the 3.5L engine option A5: Please base the bid on the 6.5ft bed with the V8. Submitted: 6/2/2026 05:50:30 PM (ET)
