    You are invited to submit a bid on a contract for University Communications & Marketing Freelancer for Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. ALL RESPONSES ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO UNIVERSITY COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING at brand@MiamiOH.edu and not in this system. This portal is being used for marketing and publishing of the RFI only. Miami University is committed to the coordination of marketing, brand, and communications strategies across all of our campuses (Oxford, Middletown, Hamilton, Voice of America, Luxembourg, and Online). To promote this coordination, the university is seeking qualified freelancers with relevant and extensive experience to assist the Division of University Communications and Marketing, as well as academic and administrative divisions, departments, centers, and institutes, in the implementation of marketing and communications tactics and strategy. When possible, work will be done internally, but there are instances in which external help will be needed. In these situations, university constituents must seek help from university approved freelancers in the following areas: - Photography - Videography - Graphic Design - Writing, Editing, and Proofreading - Web and Digital Services - Audio Environmental Graphic Designer Approved freelancers should be qualified and meet all the requirements that the university requests for their services. Experience and qualifications will be evaluated by the university prior to adding a freelancer to the approved list, to ensure quality standards. The university reserves the right to separately solicit future projects under separate solicitations. Placement on the provider list does not guarantee a supplier will be used by Miami University. The specifications and bid documents can be found as an attachment in the bid portal. Additional Instructions for submission of proposal has been included in the attached RFP document. Bidders will be evaluated on the quality and completeness of the submitted proposal. All questions should be submitted by email to University Communications and Marketing at brand@MiamiOH.edu. Schedule of Activities: RFI Notice Published: December 20,2021 12:00 p.m. RFI is perpetual in nature and freelancers may submit proposals at any time. Supplier will be notified when close date approaches, at this time, the RFI will be extended. Addendum 1 has been issued to add additional scope for an Environmental Graphics Designer. Document that outlines scope of work is in the Attachments tab.
