This is a Multi-Award RFP for INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT & SERVICES; meaning we will award to more than one vendor. It is the intent of CISD to provide a broad base of vendors to select products and services to meet the needs of the District. Therefore, if you would like to do business with CISD you MUST complete a response to this request. Discount prices will include all shipping and handling charges, F.O.B. Destination, unless otherwise noted or unless other terms have been negotiated. If you do not respond to this request, CISD may not be able to do business with your company. The contract term for this request is for the 2024-2025 school year; with three (3) additional one (1) year extensions to include 2025-2026, 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 at the mutual agreement between the District and the vendor(s).
