Conductors To Complete Street Light Circuits The above-listed work and other incidental items to complete this Project will be installed on Irving Blvd (S.H. 356) between Willow Creek Drive and W Pioneer Drive within the City of Irving, Dallas County, Texas. AN ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE OR PROJECT COST RANGE WILL NOT BE PROVIDED UNTIL AFTER THE PROJECT IS AWARDED. Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued. Attendance at one of the two Pre-Bid Conferences is mandatory, and is a preferred method of receiving questions and requests for clarifications regarding this project. A site visit is encouraged. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. --- Q&A --- Q1: Will the consultation of a certified arborist be required in the event of a tree removal? A1: The City's arborist (Mr. Jhett Myers) will be required to approve all tree removals on the project whether due to contractor damage or due to conflict with proposed improvements. The Contractor is welcome to use their own certified arborist if so desired but this will not eliminate the requirement of using the City's arborist for tree removal approval. Be advised that trees removed due to Contractor damage will be performed at no additional expense to the City.
