Huffman Community Building located at 801 W. Irving Blvd. in Irving, Texas. This Competitive Sealed Proposal has both an electronic upload and hard copy requirement for the bid bond (in accordance with G-1 Bid Bond Instructions). Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
