All procurement-related inquiries relative to this bid must be submitted through the questions tab in Euna Procurement, powered by Ion Wave and will be answered through Euna Procurement, powered by Ion Wave up to the Q & A deadline. Bids will be opened electronically within five (5) business days of the closing of the solicitation. Eligibility Requirements The proposing Supplier must be properly licensed to do business in the State of Utah. CSD is requiring that you carry a E200 license. Minimum of five (5) years as commercial electrical contractor. Proper bonding and insurance coverage (CSD will require the contractor to list CSD as "ADDITIONAL INSURED" after award). Certified technicians. Adequate equipment for multiple concurrent projects. ADDENDUM 1 - Pre-Bid Sign-In sheet - Start and Completion Dates have been added.
