If the freezers will not be powered down, how many outlets will be needed on the truck for the freezers? Are all of the chemicals in the bid being moved? Who will be responsible for packing the chemicals? Are SDS sheets available for the chemicals? Can pictures be provided on MTF Room B105 since we were not able to access that lab? A1: Will all the freezers be powered down before being moved? No, freezers will be left on until the move and then need to be plugged in during transport and monitored for temp control If the freezers will not be powered down, how many outlets will be needed on the truck for the freezers? 29 Are all of the chemicals in the bid being moved? Yes. Are SDS sheets available for the chemicals? They are NOT printed out – they are available via the EHS system (Chem Tracker) where chemical inventories are required to be maintained. Anyone can go online and find the SDS sheets by searching the chemical. All chemicals that will be transported will be labeled. If something isn’t labeled – the vendor should not move it. Who will be responsible for packing the chemicals? Yes. Can pictures be provided on MTF Room B105 since we were not able to access that lab? Attached Submitted: 2/20/2026 12:57:53 PM (CT)
