The undersigned agrees, if the bid is accepted, to furnish any and all items upon which prices are offered, at the price(s) and upon the terms and conditions contained in the specifications. The period of acceptance of this bid will be 90 calendar days after the bid opening date. SCOPE: The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids for a vendor to provide Generator Replacement and Installation Service including all elements necessary to perform a turnkey installation, and commissioning of such generator. The generator being relocated is from Leon Creek WRC (1104 Mauermann Rd, San Antonio, TX) and will be installed at LS 243 Laurel Canyon (10225 Braun Rd, Helotes, TX). Fuel polishing, tank cleaning, reconnection, load bank testing, and commissioning will additionally be required. All work will be performed under coordination with SAWS PMP Operations Support to maintain schedule alignment between Leon Creak (Prep Location) and LS 243 (installation site).
