    This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals to provide comprehensive Patient Mugs and Liners for the University of Iowa Health Care (UIHC) as further described in Attribute 2 - Introduction. The bid line items for this bid are found on the Excel spreadsheet titled '18522_Patient Mugs and Liners_(supplier name)_pricing workbook located in the 'Attachments' tab of the bid). This list is not meant to be inclusive or limiting. Supplier shall bid your firm's version of the product(s) detailed on this spreadsheet. Alternate items will have to be reviewed and approved by end-users. Please be aware that this is an extensive bid. All Suppliers are cautioned to allow ample time for the submittal of RFP responses well lbefore the due date time requirement.
