The City reserves the right to reject any and all Statement of Qualifications when such rejection is in the best interest of the City, to reject the Statement of Qualifications of a proposer who has previously failed to perform properly or complete contracts of a similar nature, and to reject the Statement of Qualifications of a proposer who is not, in the opinion of the City, in a position to perform the Contract.
