    Addendum No. 1 The City of Georgetown is accepted sealed bids for the construction project: Stormwater Quick Wins – Small Project Design PRJ000149 The project consists of furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required to remove and replace or construct drainage inlets, drainage flumes, curb and gutter, concrete retaining walls, mow strips and place rock rip rap. The project will also require installing traffic gates and fences along drainage flumes to prevent vehicular use. and miscellaneous items, as more fully described in the Drawings and the summary of work contained in Section 00400. Bidding Documents are on file and may be examined at the office of Halff Associates Inc., 13620 Briarwick Drive, Building C, Suite 100, Austin, Tx, 78729, telephone 512-777-4600. Bidding Documents may be obtained upon payment to the Engineer, accompanied with a check in the amount of $75.00 per set, which is not refundable. Bids may be electronically submitted through the City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or before July 8, 2026at 2:30 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud. Questions regarding use of the E-bid System may be directed by email to: nicole.abrego@georgetowntexas.gov Sealed bids may be received by the City of Georgetown in the Georgetown Municipal Court, Purchasing Department, at 510 W. 9th Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626. Bidders submitting bids through the E-bid System shall scan and up-load a copy of their Bid Security (sealed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s Check ) as an attachment to their electronic bid. Original documents for Bid Security will be requested by the City from the lowest two bidders and delivered to the City’s Purchasing Buyer within 48 business hours of the Bid Opening.
