Could you please provide a link to TEA's State Accountability Projection information for Attribute #48: "State Accountability Projections: Does your product assist with state accountability projections? If so, please describe." Thank you! A1: https://tea.texas.gov/texas-schools/accountability/academic-accountability/performance-reporting/2023-accountability-rating-system Please answer to the best of your ability. This will help evaluate your proposal but not answering it will not prevent an award. Submitted: 7/21/2023 10:48:20 AM (CT) Q2: If we have more than 1 product to submit, should we put all products in the same bid, or do you want us to have 1 submission per product? A2: You can submit one response if the products are education software or software subscriptions. Submitted: 6/7/2023 02:55:01 PM (CT) Q3: Do Online Tutoring and High Impact/Dosage Tutoring both qualify for this bid? A3: Online tutoring and High Impact/Dosage Tutoring would fall under RFP 2021-131 Addendum 1 (External Tutoring). https://swisd.ionwave.net/PublicDetail.aspx?bidID=141&ret=OPEN&pg=0&bidNumber=&title=&type=&org= Submitted: 5/30/2023 03:04:02 PM (CT) Q4: Are CTE programs/courses considered "core content subject areas"? A4: No, we consider CTE to be outside core curriculum. We do recommend that all educational vendors submit a proposal since we require our end-users to get additional quotes if the purchase is over $5K and the vendor is not awarded on a District RFP or bid. Submitted: 5/25/2023 10:24:34 AM (CT) Q5: Can you clarify specifically what software subscriptions are? We provide assessments, curriculum, and professional learning and are bidding on the other two recent RFPs 120 and 122. However, I believe we were advised previously to bid on this, too under 1819-121. Not sure if it's necessary for us to bid on this RFP this time. A5: I do suggest that vendors submit a proposal under 2223-121 if there product is a software or subscription to ensure completive procurement compliance but I leave it up to the vendor to make the decision since they are the expert on their product line. Your company is awarded under all three RFPs. However, we have considered your products/service as assessment/test prep material which would fall under RFP 2223-120 and professional development which would fall under RFP 2223-121.
