    Humble ISD will be accepting proposals for RFP 2026-102 Supplies, Equipment & Services for Students With Disabilities on a rolling basis. This proposal will be in effect from award date through October 31, 2028. Vendors will be reviewed and awarded throughout the term of the RFP. July 11, 2028 will be the last date to respond to be considered for award under this RFP. Vendors should submit responses to the proposal immediately to be considered for the approved vendor list. There is no need to resubmit if you have been previously awarded under RFP 2026-102 Supplies, Equipment & Services for Students with Disabilities. --- Q&A --- Q1: The contract for “Supplies, Equipment & Services for Students with Disabilities” appears to cover a broad range of deliverables. My company specializes in providing training and professional development services, including support for staff members who work with students with disabilities. Would it still be appropriate to apply if my services address only this portion of the contract, or is the expectation that applicants must be able to fulfill all components (supplies, equipment, and services) to be considered?
