    Description

    Tarrant County is seeking responses for the design and implementation of a cost- effective, highly available Metropolitan Area Network (MAN) and Software-Defined Network Services (SD-WAN) for Tarrant County offices and data center locations. Vendor must provide a seamless end-to-end service traversing from the customer handoff through the Vendor’s network while minimizing conversion of protocols. Respondents should provide an overview of their products and services to deliver network services in specific geographic locations throughout Tarrant County. The service shall provide for the transmission of digital signals in a dedicated high-capacity channel. Tarrant County requires all Metro-Ethernet locations to be connected multipoint to multipoint (full -mesh). In addition, Tarrant County is seeking diverse SD-WAN service deployment to augment connectivity with direct, secured internet connectivity to select locations, which can serve as a redundant connectivity option and/or primary network service for the designated County facility.
