The City of Lebanon, Missouri (“The City”) invites bids from qualified organizations for the Beck Lane Sidewalk Construction project located in Lebanon, MO 65536. The City of Lebanon, Missouri hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, ancestry, or national origin in consideration for an award. All bidders must be on MoDOT’s Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 from the current version of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. There is optional pre-bid meeting scheduled for Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 10:00 A.M., at Lebanon City Public Works located at 1401 W Commercial ST, Lebanon, MO. This meeting will discuss further details of the project and answer any questions.
