A1: Auto glass suppliers may be eligible if their services support the safety, compliance, or operational objectives of the RFP, including repairs or replacements necessary for safe operation or related to installed safety systems. Proposers should clearly describe how their offerings align with RFP specification section 7.0 and provide complete, verifiable pricing for applicable products and labor. Submitted: 1/9/2026 08:25:16 AM (CT) Q2: What is the fee associated with RFP's that come through Choice Partner? A2: Choice Partners does not route other entities’ RFPs or bids to CP-awarded vendors. That would be duplicative. When a vendor is awarded a CP contract, the pricing and discounts submitted in the vendor’s CP response become the established contract pricing that must be offered to all CP members who purchase directly from the vendor. The CP contract is then referenced on the vendors quote to the member and member’s purchase order to the vendor. Refer to Section 1.2 of the RFP document. Regarding fees, the administrative fee is 2% of sales on the contract; refer to Section 5.29 of the RFP document. Submitted: 12/2/2025 07:17:35 AM (CT) Q3: How can we obtain a list of the bus types, e.g. manufacturer, model year, model type, VIN#, etc.? A3: This information is unknown and resides with the 2500+ members of the coop. This RFP does not centralize or gather that information. If awarded a contract, all business will be done directly with those members. Vendors are to propose their full line of products and services (and whatever discount they are willing to offer members) and members order the products and services as they require.
