    Description

    Addendum 2 is issued to answer questions and is hereby made part of ITB #066LF-26F. Addendum 1 is issued to add a third mandatory pre-bid meeting option due to the inclement weather. While the cutoff date for submitting questions has not changed, the timeframe has been extended to 5:00 pm. The City of Irving is contracting for renovations for the Heritage Senior Center Courtyard Renovation Project, which is located in a CDBG-eligible area. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all concrete, steel, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to demolish and remove the existing pavement and landscape material and install new pavement, synthetic turf, a picnic shelter, a shade canopy, an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit, and lighting, together with all associated appurtenances to complete this project in the City of Irving. The Project will be financed in whole or in part with assistance from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is subject to all applicable Federal laws and regulations. Bidders must comply with all applicable HUD rules and regulations governing construction projects funded with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal.
