Please clarify whether this wall and door are new construction or existing elements to be demolished before new built. A1: Currently there is not a door and jamb or R panel wall . The intent is to add a door and jamb and R.panel wall. All of these items will be more thoroughly covered at the MANDATORY pre bid meeting.
