    Description

    The project consists of approximately 20,200 SY of pavement replacement, approximately 3,400 linear feet of 16" water line, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer improvements. The project consists of approximately 50 LF of underground water line installation within the railroad right-of-way Within three (3) months after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP), the Contractor shall: 1. Obtain all Railroad Insurance required for work within railroad right-of-way; and 2. Obtain a Right of Entry (ROE) from Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR), Genesee & Wyoming Railroad (GWRR). 3. Execute and secure all railroad utility construction agreements necessary for project activities. The Contractor shall coordinate with Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR), Genesee & Wyoming Railroad (GWRR), and Rail Pros, and shall be responsible for all costs, documentation, scheduling, and approvals associated with railroad coordination. Railroad flaggers and protection services shall be arranged and paid for by the Contractor. An optional Pre-bid meeting will be held at 1:00 PM, on Tuesday January 6, 2026, in Conference Room 1W2 at Carrollton City Hall. Pre-bid questions may be submitted in IonWave until 5:00 PM, January 7. 2026. The bid opening date will be January 14,2026, at 1:00 p.m. in City Hall, Room CH1W2.
