    Campbell County School District No. 1 (CCSD) is soliciting bids for a complete district-wide mechanical re-key and key management system. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supervision, tools, equipment, documentation, and services necessary to implement a fully functional, expandable, and secure five (5) level master key system across District facilities. This project is anticipated to be implemented over a two (2) year period. Work may be phased by facility or group of facilities as determined by the District. All work shall be performed in occupied educational buildings and shall be coordinated to maintain building security and minimize operational disruption. Sealed bids will be accepted at the Purchasing Office located in the Central Warehouse, 1000 West 8th Street, Gillette, WY 82716 up to 10:00 a.m. on March 24, 2026.
