No late responses will be accepted. Bids/Proposals will be opened, and the names of offerors read, on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 2PM Central. The reading will take place at City Hall. Tabulations for these solicitations should be available on Ionwave within 48 hours of the opening. In some cases, they may be available earlier. Time Critical Bid/Proposal Deliveries: The City of Plano cannot guarantee, due to internal procedures, that any bids/proposals sent via US mail will be picked up and delivered by the closing date and time. It is recommended that critical bid/proposal deliveries be made either electronically through IonWave or in person as described above.
