The Town of Flower Mound is accepting sealed bids for the following item(s) at the herein stated location until the due date and time stated below: RFB No: 2026-37-B – Timber Valley Dr and Fairfield Ln Reconstruction Questions Deadline: 4/8/2026 at 12:00pm (CT) Due Date and Time: 4/16/2026 at 11:00am (CT) Engineer’s Estimate: $6,400,000.00 All questions must be submitted in writing (no exceptions) to purchasing@flowermound.gov. Questions will not be answered over the phone by the Engineer and/or Engineering Design Firm. Location to Submit Responses: Town of Flower Mound, Attn: Sabrina Zadow, Purchasing Manager, 2121 Cross Timbers Road, Flower Mound, TX 75028 Hard copy set of plans and specs may be obtained at the herein stated submittal location for a fee of $50.00 per set. The Project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials (except as otherwise specified), and performing all work necessary for the reconstruction of Timber Valley and Fairfield. The reconstruction includes concrete road, 4’ sidewalks, water, and sewer.
