A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., beginning at the entrance to the building located at 2040 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102. Bid documents, specifications, and drawings will be available on the NGEM System on Friday , May 29, 2026. All questions/requests for clarification related to this Bid must be received in the NGEM system no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 22, 2026. OWNER aims to issue any necessary Addenda by the close of business Monday , June 29, 2026. However, OWNER reserves the right to issue Addenda after said date.
