PWP-CL-2026-372 SCOPE OF WORK SUMMARY: This work will primarily take place within the UMC 7 Story Tower on the sixth floor, located at 1800 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102. As a part of the work, approximately 3,400 square feet will be refreshed to create a new office space. The new work will consist of refreshing finishes for the entire space. The renovation work will include, but not be limited to, demolition of flooring, finish work, and upgrades to the existing light fixtures. New electrical and data outlets will be installed to accommodate workstations. For full details, see the Instructions with Exhibit A (Scope of Work) via the Attachments tab. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., beginning at the entrance to the building located at 2040 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102. Bid documents, specifications, and drawings will be available on the NGEM System on Friday , May 29, 2026. All questions/requests for clarification related to this Bid must be received in the NGEM system no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 22, 2026. OWNER aims to issue any necessary Addenda by the close of business Monday , June 29, 2026. However, OWNER reserves the right to issue Addenda after said date. Responses will be accepted electronically on the NGEM website at www.ngemnv.com on or before Friday, July 10, 2026, at 11:00:00 a.m., based on the time clock on the NGEM website.
