A5: Per site note #3 on sheet S-0.01, casing not anticipated however contractor to provide unit pricing per lineal foot of pier on bid form. The requirement for temporary pier casing will be determined based on field conditions during drilling. If seepage or groundwater is encountered during pier installation, temporary casing is required. If no seepage is encountered, temporary casing is not required.
