The Bidder is solely responsible for downloading all required documents. Responses will be electronically unsealed in a public forum and read aloud. Bids must be submitted electronically at https://pompanobeachfl.ionwave.net, referred to hereinafter as the eBid System, on or before the date here stated. Proposals received after 2:00:00 P.M.
