    The Virgin Islands Port Authority (“VIPA”) hereby invites all licensed, and qualified General Construction to participate in its Invitation to Bid (ITB) to provide all labor, tools, supplies, equipment, and permits necessary to demolish and construct a multi-level Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) Building at the Cyril E. King Airport located on the island of St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.
