Notice to Vendors Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) Lee County, Florida, is requesting responses from qualified individuals/firms for the attached solicitation. Lee County Board of County Commissioners, the “County”, seeks to contract with a qualified Respondent to provide services to design and replace a new Transport Network Solution including but not limited to the core transport network, edge devices, or any other required service equipment. The County maintains a routed Ethernet network on top of the transport network. The new transport network should allow layer 1/2/3 circuits to be built on top. Those individuals/firms interested in being considered for this solicitation are instructed to submit, in accordance with specifications, their sealed bids, pertinent to this project prior to the date and time specified to the office of the Procurement Management Director, electronically or to 2115 Second Street, 1st Floor, Fort Myers, FL 33901. Hand-delivered Bids shall be received in a sealed envelope, prior to the time scheduled to receive Bids, and shall be clearly marked with the solicitation name, solicitation number, bidder name, and contact information as identified in these solicitation documents. The sealed Bids submitted are to be publicly opened at the Lee County Procurement Management Division office located at 2115 Second Street, 1st Floor, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, and read aloud for the purpose of selecting a vendor to furnish; all necessary labor, services, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, transportation, skills and incidentals required for Lee County, Fort Myers, Florida, in conformance with these solicitation documents, which include technical specifications and/or a scope of work. The Scope of Services for this solicitation is available from https://leegov.ionwave.net. Vendors who obtain scope of services from sources other than https://leegov.ionwave.net are cautioned that the solicitation package may be incomplete. The County’s official bidders list, addendum(s) and information must be obtained from https://leegov.ionwave.net. It is the vendor’s responsibility to check for posted information. The County may not accept incomplete responses. Submissions containing corrupted, unreadable, or otherwise inaccessible documents may be considered non-responsive and may be disqualified from further evaluation.
