    Description

    Lee County Port Authority (hereafter “Authority”) requests bids from interested parties qualified to provide the goods and/or perform the services described herein. The Authority reserves the right to extend the date and time the bids are due at the sole discretion of the Authority when deemed to be in the best interest of the Authority. This project consists of the demolition of the existing Legacy Airport Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) and Base Building Facility at Southwest International Airport (RSW). All elements stated for demolition should be identified, followed by developing detailed demolition documents outlining the scope, method of deconstruction, safety protocols and compliance requirements. Contractors are instructed to demolish all specified structures and site features as indicated within the drawings ensuring legal and environmentally responsible disposal of debris. Additionally, contractors must follow the drawing set for salvage of specific items as noted within the drawings and shall be relocated as instructed by Lee County Port Authority (LCPA). All questions and/or requests for clarifications for this project are to be submitted through IonWave. Responses must be submitted in IonWave, powered by EUNA Technology, prior to the deadline for submission. Bidders are responsible for taking all necessary steps to ensure that their response is uploaded before the due date and time.
