Addendum No. 4 Adds a file to the ‘Attachments’ tab: “Grace Design Studios - Addendum No. 3 - Tarrant County Addendum No. 4”, which includes revised drawing A.AD1-01 and provides details on ceiling fan specifications. Note: This is the 4th addendum for this solicitation, but the 3rd addendum issued by Grace Design Studios. Extends the due date to June 15, 2026. The project consists of the following: - Existing Building Renovation (Base Proposal): Approximately 2,140 square feet renovation of the existing administrative areas including expansion of director's office; conversion of training room to conference room; conversion of existing conference room to a work/copy space, and addition of a new fire riser within existing Classroom. - Existing Building Addition (Base Proposal): Approximately 1,560 square feet of five (5) offices to include addition of new storage, copy, and mechanical spaces. - Alternate 1: Modifications to Existing Structural Framing: Modifications to existing structural columns along Grid Line "3" (three(3) total) and modifications to existing structural framing. - Alternate 2: Service Bay Expansion to the Vehicle Maintenance Building: To add a pre-engineered metal building consisting of two (2) 20' x 80' service bays at the north end. Includes a concrete floor slab sloped to drains, motorized overhead coiling doors, interior lights, gas-fired infrared heaters, oscillating circulating fans, intake louvers and exhaust vent fans, hose bibs, compressed air drops, and an exterior security camera. - Alternate 3: Existing Building Renovations: Renovations include remodeling and finish updates to existing toilet and locker rooms. - Alternate 4: New Lube Storage: To include 370 square foot addition of PEMB Lube Storage. On-Site Work Hours: Monday through Thursday 6:30 am. to 5:00 pm., and Friday 8:00 am. to 5:00 pm. The Contractor shall be granted access to the construction site via the back gate for approved weekend work activities.
